Menjelang akhir tahun 2019, saya mengucapkan tahniah kepada El-Hasbi kerana berjaya menyiapkan FYP-nya (saya selaku penyelia bersama). Kajian beliau memberi tumpuan terhadap faktor risiko psikososial di tempat kerja. Tahun depan (tahun keempat pengajian), beliau akan menjalani latihan industri untuk mendapatkan pengalaman sebenar mengenai keselamatan dan kesihatan pekerjaan. Lakukan yang terbaik!
Towards the end of 2019, I congratulate El-Hasbi for completing his FYP (I am his co-supervisor). His work focusing on psychosocial risk factors in the workplace. Next year (his fourth year) he will undergo industrial training to obtain real experience about occupational safety and health. Wish you all the best!
